No it doesn't. Sure you can be the mighty hammer of Thor and bring down the law on those filthy forum heretics, but thats not always the best way to go about moderation.

Take Latte for example, she's a great artist, but a god awful forum mod. But hey, she can draw people well so she doesn't need to do her job right or anything, she just needs to draw the occasional Graalian, and everyone will tell her how great she is and that its fantastic that she is a mod. That's without her taking the time to look at a single forum report.
