Alpho already stated what he likes us to know, and he already clarrified those rumors spreading out, so we don't need to worry that much, it is not an easy duty to be a Development Admin, it takes time and patience, so for now let us just accept everything and wait for more improvements they can make. And he didn't get kicked nor fired from his duty as a Development Admin, he specifically clarrified that he had to step down as a Development Admin for some real life reasons, but still he is a part of the Ol'West team. And regarding Hoyt being the new Development Admin on Ol'West let us not judge him right away just because he replaced Alpho, let us just wait what he can do to improve Ol'West.
