There used to be an automated system to detect speed hacking on iClassic, but I have to assume it was wonky and showed lots of false positives. I was banned once while just walking to the GS arena in Swamptown and the reason was for speed hacking. It isn't used anymore.

I've explained a method for how to detect if someone is "hacking delay," more specifically using a VPN. I don't think it will ever be implemented so it isn't worth explaining again.

I don't really know what GPs monitor, but there should be no way that a player is able to speed hack in spars for an hour straight, while getting reported, at around 11 PM EST, without getting banned. One or two GPs should probably be exclusively assigned to monitor the arena and towers. I'll volunteer, go ahead and hire me.
