weekend routine // DONT DO THIS INSTANTLY, you have to gradually build up to this.
every morning (when i have time, this is my longer routine) before i shower and (sometimes) before i go to bed, i do this:
20 normal squats
50 situps
20 jumping squats
50 situps
20 normal squats
50 backwards situps
20 normal squats
50 backwards situps
like 15 pushups (im rlly weak XD)
25 jump squats
its really helped tone my booty and keep my tummy real slim. you should try this
