You were banned for multiple bans because you most likely show bad behavior and constantly do things you shouldn't be doing.

If you send in a ticket politely asking for clarification then you will receive it, the support site is for more than just bans and several of my questions have been answered there.

None of these players know why you were banned or why it was extended the only thing threads like this do is create an environment for players to harass and complain about the GP team and the support team and we don't need that here.
