I thinks some Computers have access to thei color wheel option and some have color square option. If you have the color wheel option you can change outfit and certain hats different color. But if you have color square option on clothing you are limited.

vip have more colors... pc has no difference which colors are available, and i dont think you can ever change what color hat is available unless staff sets it to the arrow thing
