also @ the Killman thing, people drool over dead/gone/inactive sparrers like they do anything else in the world
pretty sure the majority of Japanese sparrers are beloved just because of the Momento Mori thing, which was a cool achievment but doesn't immortalize them all as amazing sparrers or anything

people should be more concerned with achievements that actually show consistency and longevity, that's what really proves something

that being said, people like Ryo, Acqua, Shiden, etc. had/have really good attitudes so I understand why people like them
