You just need the motivation to keep sparring, without worrying that you might do bad or lose. I have members that had negative scores but are now positive and I have a certain member that had a real negative score but is now catching up to her losses and even made top 10 of idev scoreboard last week for constant practicing. And another member who lost his confidence of himself because he hasnt sparred in years and feels he sucks enough to quit the game completely but Im slowly getting him back in shape. So key factor on fixing your spar are motivation, confidence, good attitude to keep yourself positive as a person and of course having fun
