I still doubt they'd win in a lawsuit because this wouldn't even be a copyright infringement case. It's just inspired by the game, it has very distinct differences. To say a cat face on a mushroom is copyright is pretty far-fetched to me. I mean hey, GraalOnline got sued for being a Zelda MMO knock off, all they had to do was change the name from Zelda Online to Graal, and they basically use all of Zelda's images in their tileset.
