The only thing we do not allow is hats on the head and lots of animations. So I don't know what is going on with the head removals. We will check the logs to see who has been doing it. Also send a support ticket if this happens to you with you account numbers that way we can actually investigate it.

Or... It is a system issue and staff should be able to see what the public wants.
I recommend implementing a system where it is more complicated to have a head removed. Not just one staff deeming so. Once it is accepted it is grandfathered in. If staff finds a problem with one already accepted, they should refer to the managers instead of taking matters into their own hands.
