Well, I may be wrong on this info, but whenever there is a new map/tiles update on any Graal Servers available on FB (such as IEra, IZone and Ol'West), the server on FB sometimes may not be able to load the new tiles/map since the whole game need to update itself and maybe it doesn't get the update patch sometimes I think? The most recent incident which is about a month or so would be IZone's new map update where quite a few did comment at the FB Page that they can't see the new map until Tashkin and his team fixed the problem, but I'm not sure whether this case is similar or not... x_x
