It still does, but it's just a funny little thing to find. All you do is grab it and it creates a clientside explosion and all that, nothing much. I wish it triggered a war to a post-apocalyptic map though, but that would be too crazy, and certainly not something that would be in development at least for a while due to the all-hands-on-deck decree staff have been given for countryside.
