90% of all the "pkers" now arrow spam or sword spam in a riot. It's cheap pks and I don't think they deserve to be awarded for that. People like Zorma Knight, Skye, etc. don't deserve those pks at all. They stand in front of a crowd and just arrow spam, getting 4-5 kills per arrow. Also, if they did add pk hats, all the desperate noobs will just boost to hit those milestones for the hats.
However, If they do add pk hats it should be 300k, 400k, 500k, etc.
Reward those people that do more than just the minimum of 100-200k

I don't get why you care? It seems to me like you are complaining that somebody is doing something different than you are and it is turning out to be more effective.
