There's not a "no" option. I don't see how this will improve how towering works.
I agree towering could be different, but it's not the scoring system that needs to change.

Also, I don't like the idea of drawing a lot of attention to a single tower. Why dedicate a scoreboard and a monthly prize to one tower?
