Hope you realize the internet is not owned and was not created by the USA, it is globally owned by everyone. That's the way the internet works.

hold up here, i thought the US made the internet as a defense force project (ARPANET) in the late 60s that connected super computers in the country so if one was destroyed the remaining computers would function.
