My suggestion would be to add a new section in the 'Guide' section and it should go under the name of 'Admins' or 'Staff'. There'd be information about each department and it would help players to understand what the job of a Deputy is - and GFX artist etc etc. There'd be information on how to see if an admin is online - inform them about the staff contacts list etc.
