Yes. I will make it so you can tap the dim background to close it too.

Edit: Done. You can now tap the background to close it, and if you haven't gotten the opportunity to rate Ol' West through the pop-up, you can now say /rate to rate it . Again, it is only for iOS Devices at this time.
