Well, if both parties mutually agree to give each other their Kik's/Skype's or are just offering it and not doing so for sexual reasons then there really isn't any issue, most cases people just use it as a way to communicate with friends easily.

If somebody is advertising the fact they want someone's Kik/Skype or are offering theirs for the sole purpose of doing something sexual, then report the player and they will be dealt with accordingly.

Just don't go reporting every person you see who has a Kik/Skype username in their status.
