The firefighter hat is not a personal one, multiple players have it.

The Black hat is a reskinned version of my original red hat, so players who have the orginal red hat (some do players do have it from old events but not many of them play anymore) will also have the reskinned black helmet, and the new red helmet is the predecessor of the old red hat :0
