I get so tired of seeing all the complaints here about whatever sort of issue you have, that could be resolved on toonslab. So to prove that toonslab works I decided to try it out for myself. It wasn't a ban appeal, but none the less the staff team quickly and professionally resolved my issue via toonslab.
I've been wanting an email change for awhile but haven't gotten around to asking, so I wasn't just wasting staff's time to prove a point.
Here is my original ticket that I sent in, on July 10th at 2:50 pm

After 4 hours and 5 minutes I recieved and email notifying me that my ticket had been recieved, I did not reply.

Then at 8:03 am on July 11th I recieved a second email notifying me that my issue had been resolved.

So after 18 hours of sending a ticket my issue was cleanly resolved. (6 of those being in the middle of the night, and honestly I am surprised I got a reply so early in the morning... like someone wakes up and goes to check toonslab...) Now I do realize that this was a very clean issue to start out, but regardless if everyone were to act the way I did I think a lot more problems would be solved.
This means:
1. Provide all necessary information to prove you own the account you are claiming. Stuff like GraalIDs, email, banID, the file of the custom that got denied, the reason you were banned or that the custom was denied.
2. Be clear with what you need, my ticket was 3 sentences, I didn't include any unnecessary info and cut straight to the point by giving my information, and saying what I needed. A proper ban appeal would look something like...
"Hello, my GraalID is Graal1111111, and my banID is whateverabanidis. I was banned for hacking/cheating, I have not altered my game files, or shared my account with anyone, could you please confirm that my ban is not an error. Thank you"
3. Don't give any BS, if you do I am gonna bet that your issue will not be resolved, or will take a lot longer.
If you follow this guide I am sure that toonslab will be a much better service for everyone.
I posted this in the classic subforum because classic is the main offender for complaints about toonslab, and my ticket only showed that the classic staff are doing things right. But if it belongs in general thats fine i guess.
