Just thought, now that we know:

Public shields and swords are now 1000g to upload and personal shields and swords are 2500g.
Prices are listed on the upload site now.

You can sell the personal graphics that you own for half price (so your shield/swords which are worth 2500g divided by 2 = 1250g) and that means you can upload public and make 250g out of it!
