I'd like to start by saying that I don't tower, or pk, at all, so I'm completely indifferent to the tower itself being removed. However, it was a great spot for bee farming, and I liked the exploding barrels (simply because it was a mechanic not used anywhere else in the game). But mostly I'm disappointed it's gone because that's yet another chunk of the map cut away, and given the extremely large current playerbase, the map doesn't need to be getting any smaller (yes, I know one of the biggest towns in the game opened recently, that's unrelated).
