It's not high demand, most often it's opposite since there is only so many weebs, but they also know that most of us weebs are dumb enough to buy them no matter how high they jack up the price. I mean there are people who spent over thousands of dollars on Figurine because they pretty much spend all their life earning on them while eating cup ramen in their one room old as hell apartment/mom's basement.
