Nope, iCloud is only for iTunes syncing between devices. It doesn't reach out to Graal accounts.

This because every iPod got itīs own UDID. Same for the accounts. Every account got itīs own ID. iCloud would also have to switch the UDIDīs, than the transfer would include profiles/stats of some apps.
