Help me, please! I was on graal classic on my computer and it wouldn't load. So I decided to go do something else and when I looked over at my computer I saw that the screen was blue and it says:

How do I restart my computer? My mouse and keyboard are in my dad's room and he's sleeping. I tried to press the off button on my computer but it didn't work. My computer screen is blue and I read online that that's very bad.
Is all my stuff lost? At the bottom of the screen it says

My dad will get mad at me if he finds out about this. I haven't had any anti-virus things on my computer for around 2 years. Please someone help me. Should I unplug the computer?
