Not a lie, if logs are kept back up to at least march, then the evidence might be in there.
If not, then definetely on skype chat logs.

Let's see ben so far has:

18 U.S.C. §1951 (extortion that affects commerce) (Restricting gralat pack purchases, which might count towards Apple as well)
18 U.S.C. §876 (mailing threatening communications) (harassing, and blackmailing players in-game, and through skype)
18 U.S.C. §877 (mailing threatening communication from a foreign country)
18 U.S.C. §1030 (maybe)
18 U.S.C. §1029 (fraud and related activity in connection with access devices) (apparently he was getting people's phone numbers. He could be the person who keeps calling my house, and I looked up the number and it was a fake "pay the money you owe now" bank)
18 U.S.C. §3121 et seq. (recording of dialing, routing, addressing, and signaling information) (if that includes phone numbers, and possibly addresses)
