I quit years ago because of ungraciousness. I hope current staff realizes that people complain for petty reasons, not because their hard work isnt of value.

Devs on iClassic nowadays are pretty good with this luckily because of the thick skin thats needed with the job. The standards are pretty high in terms of quality so higher ups aren't afraid to heavily criticise someone's work if its not good enough (not to the point of calling the dev ****/whatever but they certainly don't sugarcoat feedback).
