Maybe changing the start-up picture and icon picture once in awhile after they've updated something in Ol'West (Such as a photo of 2 cowboy gangs fighting each other). This could attract people's attention to these changes.

I was thinking the same thing. Add a little more detail to it to make it more appealing.
