As long as players are playing, as long as players are paying, Toonslab (the company that owns Graal; does Stefan even pay attention to Classic anymore?) won't do crap. I have no reason to believe that Toonslab cares about anything other than money, and as long as they're raking it in, and the server remains "stable enough", with a larger playerbase than ever, things will remain as they are. If that playerbase starts to drop, and the money faucet starts to slow down, then you may see them start to act like they care, but as of now, it's all about money for the people on top, and hard work and dedication for the volunteers on the bottom (the people who actually make Classic what it is).
