Sup graalian community! Well, just here to ask for some advice.
I've recently got a Htc windows phone 8s, old, and updated it. This caused it to somehow be stuck in a conitnuous boot-loop and I can't get pas the "Htc" or "black" screen.
I've found the problem online, but the solutions given using the physical volume/power button to achieve a hard reset still do not fix the problem. I've also took out the sd card and did a few resets (I have a note 3 as phone, don't really know how the wp8 phones work, but I manually did a hard reset with the "!" screen + using the Volume Up/Down/up which performs the reset).
TlDr: I really ran out of solutions to fix the problem and no one seems to have this problem even after doing a hard reset.
Anyone here got any ideas?
NB: I did everything stated in this

The only thing I can't get to is the supposed "gear" screen after doing a hard reset with the phone buttons.
