Blue Marks = Safe Zones

Well apparently my favorite pk spot is at taylor/daycare area, so I wanna know if its gonna be a temporary or permanent safe zone? Because I like killing people in that area and its only fun for me and few people.

Also that since few area are increasing a bit that the admins are putting safe zone everywhere to kill of pkers to quit doing mod/riots to reduce lag. And I find it pretty unfair cuz thats the only thing we can only do in game, other than spar and towering (which they both lag also), before the winter season starts and thats where every areas will become safe zones for 2-3 months and thats where a lot of pkers will go on "Pk Hibernation".
