To create a team:

1)Follow the link (http://gamebattles.majorleaguegaming...-black-ops-ii/)
2)Click "Create a Team" on the right hand side of your screen
3)Select a Ladder (Team ladder) for 5v5 GST style matches
4)Fill out guild name, and put your graal gamertag in
5) Create Guild!

There are ladders for 1v1, 2v2, and 5v5 also so whatever you prefer.
