I'm not usually the one to make this dumb kind of thread, but this is kind of important.
So I recently sent a ticket to toonslab. My ticket was about 4 paragraphs and was replied to within 2 hours. The reply was basically one sentence that showed no effort or caring to actually help my problem. So I sent an additional message on the same ticket. It's been over a week and the new message has been neither viewed nor replied to. So I'm assuming that I'm being ignored at this point.
Sooo, I emailed Xor with a link to the ticket, asking him if he could help me out. No reply either (which is what I expected).
So can someone give me the email of a higher classic staff member that will actually help me out and respond? Thanks
I also don't feel like discussing the issue here but it basically has to do with a staff member deleting items from my account at the request of their friend. And I actually want said items back.
