The ban screen does not help at all in some cases. I got banned for 'Intentional Scamming" around Christmas time and it was because I wrote "Send gifts to leads for free 1k hat" in my guild news as a joke but I never knew this was the reason. Since gift scamming was common at that time I thought a friend reported me because I took too long to gift them back.
