You need to be partnered for yt ad sign up for the ad thing. You also get payed for how much people view your ads and ho much people click on them.. so when someone uses adblock.. you make less money. Subscribers and views mean nothing. That's why adblock is such a big thing and is considered a ''taboo' but many youtube have brought this up before
