HP - Pavilion Slimline Desktop - AMD E1-Series - 4GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive - Gray/Black

Do you guys think that this PC would be able to run CS:GO or CS:Source?
Low graphics I truly don't care as long as it will play smooth.

I just want to know before I go buy the games lol, any help is appreciated.
