If I can't spam as much that means I can't kill as much, how is that improving Player Killing?

-Make it so that you don't drop arrows or bombs if you have equal to or less than 1/4 your max amount

How about just removing the bomb and arrow drops.

-Add the option to switch your sword with a bow, replacing the button with a directional pad similar to Era or Zone so aiming is easier and less of a hassle

Don't know what this means, but I don't see how hard is it to be accurate with bows.

So suicide players get a disadvantage?
As someone that has had many 1v1 in a pk environment I can say this will be dumb because it would affect the "skill variable" I've had many comebacks at .5 and a slow down effect would make that almost impossible. I've read twilit posts that say hes had 3+ kills at .5 from mod. Slow downs work on servers with different classes that are balanced and provide perks to counter slowdowns.
