Really nice video,, I've recently gotten into martial arts and have been building up a home workout/gym station for it.
For now I've just been focusing on weights and cardio (I have a chest/heart condition so I need to build up really really good cardio so I can workout longer and fight the invisible bad guys when doing MA).
I also have an awkward bone structure due to a deformation of the rib cage so working on that area is harder than it should be but I'll definitely be doing calisthenics soon, and leg day which I've been skipping every chance I get. Are you on a specific diet or anything? I'm a terrible eater and I've only been eating once or twice a day which probably isn't helping much.
