I'm too lazy to sift through the 8 other threads where this might have been suggested, but can we lump the darkness into being a weather effect so that we have the option to disable it by settings?

Someone on PC should come PK at MoD for about 5 minutes today and tell me if you experience ridiculous freezes every couple seconds too, started happening after the darkness, making me go crazy
