Hun everyone's a noob at the moment on Olwest, the game just came out. Even tho many like me have 1k and up hours and 10k and up kills and a good ratio for sparring, we are still all noobs. Just because you have a scythe or a staff and some of the best guns on game and a couple of uploads doesn't mean your pro. I know some sparrers out there that would flaw anyone in spar with a freaken peacekeeper. So when someone calls me a noob I normally ignore it to make them angry. Normally they call me a noob for killing them or beating them in spar so I think to myself "well you just lost/got killed by a noob." So don't try to become pro. There's no need to because you can be a noob and still be super good at the game.

Noob stands for newbie, if you're good at the game you aren't a newbie as you know the mechanics of the game. Knowing this makes half of your post invalid
