You need to put a comma after the word, "No," because try saying it in real life. You will pause a little bit after saying it. Also took "but" out because it was unnecessary.
I also took, "And," out of your original post because that's a conjunction; you never put a conjunction at the beginning of a sentence. You also got "there," and "their", mixed up. Let me give you a brief example of them both.
There: When someone uses this word, they usually mean it in a positional way. For example, "can you please get that book over
