I doubt that Sun had to make so many hats.

Given that that the team was entirely made of volunteers, I presume that each had to make one or two hats for Halloween. That would make this year's Club Crypt on par with the previous Halloween. Sun having plenty of free time, I'm guessing she devoted that time to making more Halloween content.

Could be wrong but that's my theory.
