People were abusing the system to boost stats.

Dusty tried to fix it, but the way CTF was scripted/created didn't allow him to fix it(in a quick manner)

He could fix it with no difficulty, but it would be time consuming, so the fact that it was not a high priority issue it was left for dead for the time being.

I would find the post where he explained, but being a lil lazy.
