When the server lags it'll cause majority of players to not be able to queue up in those rooms.

Okay, and? Having 2 rooms (at least 1) that go completely unused is better? It's not difficult at all to script it so that the cap raises with playercount, fp4 or Dusty could whip that up in a few minutes
