the same old "cut and choose" approach from the people. If you cared to read the whole paragraph you would've understood what it meant
Holy Quran (2:191-193)
2:190
Fight in the way of God those who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed. God does not like transgressors.
2:191 And kill them wherever you find them and
expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah [Persecution] is worse than killing. And
do not fight them at al-Masjid al- Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers.
2:192
And if they cease, then indeed, God is Forgiving and Merciful.
2:193
Fight them until there is no [more] fitnah [Persecution] and [until] worship is for God. But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the oppressors.
Same is the case with this one:
Holy Quran (2:224)
"And do not make Allah, through your oaths, a barrier against your doing good, fearing Allah and setting things right between people. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing."The verse just warns people to not use Allah's name as a barrier so they could keep doing the wrongdoings they are doing(what ISIS did today;i don't consider them muslims).
Holy Quran (2:216)
Verse 216 establishes the obligatory nature of Jihad even though it may be burdensome for some temperaments. In this case, the truth is that it is Allah Almighty who knows the reality of everything while man does not possess the full range of that knowledge. Therefore, one should not decide on things being good or bad as prompted by personal desires, rather, one must say yes to the command of Allah and follow it consistently as the most expedient course of action.
Holy Quran (3:56,151)
3:56, and 3:151 are talking about punishment in the afterlife for unbelievers. If you don’t believe in the Islamic account of Hell, not much to worry about, is there?
Holy Quran (4:74,4:76)
Yet again you quote only a part of the verse and not the whole event:
4:74 So let those fight in the cause of Allah who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter. And he who fights in the cause of Allah and is killed or achieves victory – We will bestow upon him a great reward.
4:75
And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of God and [for] the oppressed among men, women, and children who say, “Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper?”
4:76 Those who believe fight in the cause of God, and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Taghut. So fight against the allies of Satan. Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak.

You never read even a verse of the Holy Quran and just follow a website that quotes only parts of the verses.I can continue with the other verses too if you want.
