The reputation system is the default one provided by vBulletin, the only thing different is that the ability to give negative reputation has been removed.
Everyone starts with a reputation power level of one (meaning when you give reputation you will only give one point).
Register Date Factor: 365 - this means for every year your account has been registered your reputation will increase by one.
Post Count Factor: 1000 - every 1000 posts will also increase your reputation level by one.
Reputation Point Factor: 100 - for every 100 reputation points you have, your reputation level will increase by one.
Just to verify these were indeed the settings used I went and repped a new user who had 10 points (the default) and it awarded them 10 reputation points meaning my personal reputation power level is 10.
I have 630 reputation points, meaning that gives me six reputation power levels plus the default one, placing me at 7.
I have over 1,000 posts making my reputation power level eight.
My account is two years old, which gives me another two power levels and totals up to 10.
The default reputation spread is 20 and I think that has been changed too (20 is a lot and I know I rep the same users without repping 20 other people) I'm not sure what that is but I don't think it's much.
