-too much effort to make this-'do it yourself we are just development staff the server is playermade'

-it'll look like its popped up out of nowhere rather than doing bit by bit though zz
-people will complete my stuff in 0.3seconds so not worth doing
-this isn't classic let build a frikin door that goes nowhere to keep our players hoping for more
-seasonal stuff take up too much time to do this
-lets build or even take that fire station that guy wanted back in 1966 instead of some decent ideas so looks like we care.
