Housejump, guildhousejump, house/guildhouse pulling, 2player mount climbing, bomb/player sliding, ddosing yourself so areas stayed unloaded, walking in and out of a building fast then entering a different building and you'd get warped off-limits, editing gmap in ifile, reconnecting, admin warp grab and cheatengine are all the ones I know and have done myself.

There's also a way to get partly off of map but it is useless as you can not move but I won't tell that one.
