get quite a few hits in whilst distracting them so his team can attack from behind too...If done correctly this is a great strategy.

Yes exactly, and no not always being defensive. I only defend when we are at a disadvantage, and I don't see any openings to attack. It's about playing smart, just look at the part that I mentioned in the video. Rushing is a dead man's strategy, unless teammates are distracting.

You shouldn't put your teammates on blast here of all places. I don't know why you're complaining about your own team on the forum.
