In my statement I say which is easier to get the hang of, by no means did I mean master. Pc is easier to learn and become decent with.

I agree with this, people generally have more control over pressing buttons vs. operating a touch screen. Your finger can easily slide off onto a different directional key than you intended to touch. There's something more decisive about pressing down a key.
Skill cap for PC is way higher too imo.
